You are looking at a custom made Intellivision 3-button (S1, S2, S3) joystick with working keypad.
This has sanwa clone joystick and button with clicky microswitches.
Please note that this is NOT 16 way like the original Intellivision controller, This has UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT (4 way) plus 4 corners associated with them making this an 8 way controller. This will work great on most games including action games, but not so much on games that require a 16 way controller or precision controls like TRON Deadly Discs.
I was tired of my Intellivision controller having issues everytime I wanted to play it that I decided to 3D print my own controller housing and get some nice microswitch buttons and sticks. I have 3D printed this in PLA at 20% infill as it is much much stronger that way. This will hold up much better than your classic Colecovision joysticks.
This will work for the Intellivision model 2 and the Sears version of the Intellivision, but unfortunately it will not work on any of the flashback systems or the model 1 as that one does not have a db9 connector.
All parts on this are brand new (new stick, button and case is 3D printed).
The case was 3D printed, the joystick and buttons taken out of the box and put in the case. After that the wire was soldered in and case was closed then tested for full functionality.
Due to the overwhelming response for these items I have made several more and I would like to offer to people that are looking for a better way to play their classic Intellivision games. These joysticks have a working keypad so no more having to swap controllers when you want to play (some people use original controller with the keypad to start the game then swap to different controller to play)
Please note that these are 3D printed and not plastic molded there may be some imperfections as they are not 100% perfect.
Please note that these controllers will take me sometime to built as they are made to order. I use my own custom pcbs that has to have 12 tactile switches and 28 zener diodes and other components along with the 3d printed shell that takes 7 hours to print.
Therefore once the order is placed, it will take approximately 1-2 weeks to ship.
However, with that being said I will try to get everything done for you to get you started playing your Intellivision games the way they were meant to be played!
