The Odyssey 2 composite amp is a straightforward and cost-effective DIY kit.
This allows gamers to achieve improved video output while either maintaining or getting rid of the phased out RF video signal.
This kit comes with everything ready for installation, fully assembled and includes a drill guide for straight RCA jack installation.
This kit is ONLY compatible with NTSC consoles, NOT for PAL regions.
Installation instructions will be provided to you once purchased.
This mod board is self contained and will come assembled as pictured above.
I will provide a double sided tape strip that you can use to attach the board once it is wired up to make it easy for mounting inside the casing.
This mod works great along side the RF adapter so there is no need to remove it and leave holes. However, it is best to just unplug the RF adapter for better results.
If you do not feel comfortable installing this on your system, I also offer installation service that I add a video board and have audio out with a power led added to this as well. Please look at my other auctions if you are interested in that.
I include the following:
1 self-contained composite mod board ( See pictures )
1 3D Printed drill guide.
1 strip of double-sided tape.
Wire long enough for installation.
3 gold plated RCA connectors for dual mono and video.

Small Phillips screw driver
Small flat-head screwdriver
Soldering Iron (preferably with a small tip)
Solder sucker / Solder wick
Tin Solder
An Odyssey 2
and possibly a small file
